The Faculty & Staff Campaign for the University of South Florida is a fundraising effort that allows you, the employees of USF, to make a gift to the area of your choice at the University. These gifts stay at USF, and make a lasting impact in each area that you choose to support.

Message From the Dean

Dear Colleagues,

Every day at USF Health, we strive to set the bar higher. As the people who train future physicians, nurses, pharmacists, physical therapists and public health professionals, we make the difference in what the future looks like. Together, we have positioned ourselves to become one of the most innovative in the country.

As faculty and staff, we work tirelessly to provide our students the best possible education and resources. Understanding that we are providing the future for these students is critical to this campaign. Without the financial support of our own employees, USF Health would not be where it is today. This commitment to our students and to our institution speaks volumes not only to our internal constituents, but also to the local community, our alumni and donors. It is a very impactful message to say that each of us, here at USF Health, gives back to our students and the good work that is done here - making a very powerful argument for others to give too.

I would love to see USF Health surpass expectations and reach even higher - my goal for this year's campaign is to have participation from each and every one of our faculty and staff members. It is your commitment, not necessarily the dollar amount of that commitment that matters. Each of us have passions and I ask that you make your Faculty and Staff Campaign gift to an area that you are most passionate about here at USF Health. My goal is to eliminate the increasing debt that our students incur, so I choose to lend my support to scholarships. Others may choose research or endowment support.

Wherever you decide to direct your gift, know that it is appreciated and represents our division well by showing the entire USF system and community beyond that we are truly passionate about what we do here. Remember, together, we're reinventing health education, research and care, right here at USF Health and we're all working for a healthier tomorrow.

Sincerely,

Charles (Charly) J. Lockwood, MD, MHCM
Senior Vice President, USF Health
Dean, Morsani College of Medicine
